At Superior Group, we are committed to respecting human rights throughout our global operations, incorporating fundamental standards that support our commitment to our employees, our customers, our business partners, and our communities. While local laws or regulation may necessitate a different interpretation or application of this Policy, Superior believes that the fundamental values set forth in this policy should serve as our global minimum business standards.
Ethical Business Conduct
Superior Group’s business is conducted in strict observance of both the letter and spirit of all applicable laws and the integrity of each employee is of utmost importance. All employees shall conduct business in accordance with the Company’s Integrity and Ethics Policy, consistently demonstrating six main values—Honesty, Integrity, Respect, Trust, Responsibility, and Citizenship.
Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility
Superior Group supports the principles of sustainability in our office operations and other areas where we can reduce the company’s environmental impact. We believe companies have a responsibility to give back to the communities in which we work and live by enhancing business, educational, social and cultural opportunities for all residents.
Prohibiting Forced Labor and Child Labor
At Superior Group, the employment relationship must be voluntary and the terms of such employment must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We prohibit the employment of forced labor. The Company also condemns all forms of exploitation of children and prohibits the recruitment and employment of child labor. All employees must meet the minimum age requirement set by local law.
Work Environment and Compensation
Superior Group provides employees with compensation and benefits that are fair and equitable for the type of work performed and the local business market where the work is performed. We ensure that employees receive at least the minimum wage required by law and are provided benefits and overtime compensation compliant with applicable laws. Superior Group is committed to providing employees with a safe and healthy work environment.
Non-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment
Superior Group administers its personnel policies and conducts its employment practices in a manner that treats each employee and applicant for employment on the basis of merit and experience.
The Company and its leadership reject all forms of unlawful discrimination—not only because it is against the law, but because it is wrong. Superior Group’s employment actions will not be improperly based on any personal statuses or characteristics that are protected by applicable law, including race, creed, color, sex, gender, religion, national origin, age, disability, genetic characteristics, military status, or any other characteristics protected by applicable law such as sexual orientation, marital status, familial status, ancestry, or arrest record.
Superior Group also prohibits all forms of unlawful harassment, i.e., harassment that is based on any legally protected characteristics, as well as retaliation against anyone who complains of discrimination or harassment.

Superior Group is committed to providing privacy protection of employee data maintained by the Company. The Company is committed to limiting the collection, use, and disclosure of confidential information.
Expectations of our Suppliers
Superior Group is committed to the highest standards of ethical and business conduct. Our relationships with our business partners, including our suppliers, vendors, and consultants are defined by contracts which are based on lawful and ethical practices. We strongly encourage all of our business partners to adopt and enforce standards similar to those contained in this Policy.
Enforcement of this Policy
Superior Group believes that the ability to enforce a policy is as critical as the adoption of the policy. To promote the enforcement of this Policy, Superior Group will inform employees of this Policy and encourage any employee who believes this Policy has been violated to report the suspected violations to Superior Group’s EEO Coordinator or Human Resources Department at 1-800-568-8310. Superior will not take any action against an employee as a result of raising concerns in good faith about possible violations of this Policy. Also, Superior does not tolerate any reprisal by any individual against an employee for raising a concern or making a report in good faith.
